For 6 months I do not get normal withdrawal bleeding (Jeanine tablets), only brown spotting with an admixture of blood - is this normal?

Good morning, for about 6 months I do not get normal withdrawal bleeding only such brown spotting with an admixture of blood. I take Jeanine birth control pills. I did pregnancy tests, they came out negative, but I have a panic fear of pregnancy. In addition, we always protect ourselves with a condom with our partner. Please tell me if this is normal while taking Jeanine Medication. I'm very scared

Information contained in the summary of product characteristics: "Some women do not experience withdrawal bleeding during the break in taking the tablets from subsequent packs. If the combined oral contraceptive was taken as directed, the likelihood of pregnancy is small. "Spotting instead of withdrawal bleeding should be treated similarly. Combined contraceptive pills (taken correctly) have a very high success rate and there is no need for an additional method of protection.
