If painkillers are to be taken temporarily, there are no contraindications. However, if it is to be a long-term therapy, then combining Velaxin with ibuprofen is not recommended, as it increases the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding. Nimesil can then be used, as it is a prescription drug, the dosage should be decided by your doctor.
