I accept Metocard zk and Pramolan permanently. For bronchitis I got Klacid. Is it possible that an antibiotic raises the pressure? Do they interact with each other?

Adverse reactions to clarithromycin in Klacid do not include an increase in blood pressure. No interactions have been shown between the active substances contained in Metocard ZK, Pramolan and Klacid that could adversely affect their efficacy and safety. The reasons for the pressure drop can be different. If the reduced blood pressure values persist for a long time or are accompanied by other disturbing ailments, it is worth seeking medical advice.
