Is the protection reduced if I skipped the 14th tablet of Vines?

Hello, I always take Vines tablets regularly, at a similar time (morning) but two days ago about 1-2 hours after taking the tablet I vomited. I didn't take the extra pill, I took the next morning as always, but there is this one day of contraceptive gap, because I guess the pill may not have been absorbed. Do I need to use additional contraception and for how long? Thank you in advance for your reply
