Should I continue to treat insomnia if I do not see an improvement after switching from Miansegen to Myrtor?

Today, after changing the drug from miansagen to myrtle 30 throughout the night, wake up on average every hour and feel very anxious and nervous. He suffers from anxiety neurosis and depression. Is this normal. I read reviews that others sleep after this without a problem, I did not succeed. I do not know whether to continue treating insomnia with this drug.

I understand that you want to achieve quick results of therapy, but Mirtor does not work in this way. The effect of myrtle (mirtazapine) usually begins to be visible after 1-2 weeks. Use. Treatment with the right dose should give a positive reaction after 2-4 weeks. Helpful in the treatment of insomnia is certainly adherence to the rules referred to collectively as sleep hygiene. We wrote more about it here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/bezsennosc Please remember that these types of drugs work after a few weeks from the inclusion of the full dose, and too frequent change of drugs can lead to the so-called "drug resistance" (i.e. any preparations stop working). Please be patient and try to trust the treating doctor. The GdziePoLek.pl service also allows you to obtain a teleconsultation with a doctor: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja Through the gdziepolek.pl service, you can check the availability of Mirtor and book it at the pharmacy of your choice: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/49655/mirtor-tabletki-ulegajace-rozpadowi-w-jamie-ustnej/apteki?pvid=123983
