Do Aciprex and Setaloft have the same effects and are they used in the same cases, or do either have a stronger effect?

Good morning. Please compare drugs Setaloft and Aciprex. The first at a dose of 50mg in a tablet 1.5 per day and the second 10mg in one tablet per day. Do both have the same effects and are used in the same cases, one of them has a stronger effect? Can you point to a more recommended, having smaller and rarer side effects?

Both drugs belong to the same group, i.e. SSRIs (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors), and therefore have similar indications for use: depression, anxiety, social phobia, PTSD and compulsive-obsessive disorders. Contraindications, interactions with other drugs, side effects and general warnings during use are similar. Based on work experience - Setaloft may be more likely to cause gastrointestinal disorders such as diarrhea. In the presence of chronic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, caution and possible change of the drug are indicated. Based on patient observation and medical history, Setaloft 50mg 1.5 tablets per day may prove to be a stronger drug than Aciprex 10mg, but this is only a private observation that may not be reflected in your reaction to the drugs.
