Can bloating, mum and lower abdominal pain be a symptom of pregnancy (I took EllaOne)?

Hello, I was doing petting recently, my partner rubbed against the outside of my intimate places and did not enter my vagina, but he ejaculated around my lower abdomen. This was a week before the scheduled start date of the period when the chances of seizure in pregnancy are low, and 4 days after the intercourse I took the ellaone tablet.
