What should I do if I forget the penultimate active tablet Vibin mini?

I do not know what I should do, I take vibin mini medication because of painful menstruation, so my question is not about a possible pregnancy but about what I should do. I forgot to take the penultimate active tablet from the blister (Friday) and on Saturday evening I took 2 at once. Today is Sunday and I got the bleeding that I usually get Tuesday/Wednesday. Should I take placebo pills normally now and continue to follow the same pattern?

If more than 12 hours have passed since you were scheduled to take your tablet, take the last forgotten tablet immediately, even if it means taking two tablets at the same time. Skip the placebo tablets and start taking the next pack right away. In this case, contraceptive protection will be maintained. With this procedure, withdrawal bleeding may not occur, and spotting and intracyclic bleeding may occur when taking tablets from the next pack.
