#microgynon21 Good morning I have been using birth control pills for a year, 5 days ago I started a new package. Today I vomited an hour after taking the pill, immediately after the vomiting stopped, I took a second tablet. My question is whether I am protected and if I took another tablet from the blister because I do not have a spare one, should I just take a break a day faster, on Tuesday, and not on Wednesday as before?

You did the right thing and the protection was maintained. Intercourse from the night before vomiting was also secured and there is no cause for concern. Since you will run out of the last active tablet, the break should be done one day earlier - in your case it will be Tuesday, after 7 days you should start a new package. So you will start the new blister on Tuesday. I still have a question, was the intercourse from the night before vomiting protected? An hour passed from vomiting the tablet to taking the next one. In theory, too, I should still be protected. But what about this break, should I do the day before or buy a spare blister and refill this pill so that I still have 21 days?
