Good morning, I take vines tablets. I always take them at 7 o'clock in the morning. Currently, due to stress, I had to take Xanax on an ad hoc basis - 0.5 doses, for the next 1-2 weeks, I know that this can weaken contraception. Can I change the time of admission - at 7 am xanax and at 19 vines? And should I then use additional protection for 7 days? Or should I wait until the next pack starts to change the time?

According to current data, the alprazoam in Xanax does not affect the effectiveness of the combined contraceptive pills, which include the Vines pills.
