What painkiller to use with Nedal and Piramil?

Today the doctor prescribed me Nedal and Piramil. What analgesics can be used with these drugs. So far, for a headache, I have taken Ibum. Here I see that it is forbidden. I am allergic to Nurofen. What can you save yourself in case of pain?

When using antihypertensive drugs, the safest analgesic substance is paracetamol. The dosage for an adult is up to 4g of paracetamol per day in divided doses, e.g. 4x1g.
