Could skin irritation after glycolic acid have affected the effect of birth control pills?

Hi, I have a rather unusual question but it puzzles me very much. 3 hours after taking the tablet, I applied a serum with glycolic acid at a concentration of 10%, after about half an hour I noticed that unfortunately it burned my skin and irritation occurred. Whole cheeks warm and red. The question that bothers me is whether this irritation after the use of acid could have had any effect on the contraceptive pills.

I do not find information that skin reactions after the application of glycolic acid affect the effect of birth control pills. You take the tablets orally and they are absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract, and the serum is applied externally.
