Can I be pregnant using Evra patches?

I have been using evra patches for a year. I watch over the weekly change of the patch that I keep in the bathroom, according to the instructions I change the places of sticking, recently I stuck on the lower abdomen. I currently have the 3rd patch, my breasts and stomach hurt for a week, can I be pregnant. I would like to add that my husband and I rarely make love, because he often goes on business.
