Can APTT be lowered while taking birth control pills?

Hello, when taking single-component contraceptive pills, eg Slinda, can APTT be reduced (26 with the norm from 28) with other normal coagulation indicators? I read that two-component tablets can affect coagulation indicators, but can one-component tablets also have such an effect? Best regards

The value of APTT may decrease slightly with the use of birth control pills. However, a reduced level of aPTT alone does not indicate a disease condition - it is only one of the elements of diagnostics, which in combination with other parameters and symptoms may be a signal of hypercoagulability of blood, occurring, m.in. in thromboembolism. The results should be consulted with a doctor.
