Bioxetin and Setaloft should not be used at the same time. These drugs belong to the same therapeutic group - selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs). Due to the same mechanism of action, their simultaneous intake increases the risk of life-threatening serotonin syndrome and arrhythmias. In case of doubt, I encourage you to contact your doctor again.
