Can side effects occur after several years of using Diane 35?

Hello, For several years I take Diana 35 tablets while recently I noticed that during the break I feel normal but when I start taking pills, I lose a good mood, I want to cry, I often have mood swings, please inform me if the tablets taken a few years can really have some effect on it?

Side effects such as depressed mood and mood changes have been reported with Diane-35. Side effects may appear both at the beginning of treatment and after several years of taking the preparation. It is possible that Diane-35 has an effect on emerging mood changes.
