Ibuprofen can be used - I have not found information that this drug interacts with Flucoxacillin. However, I do not recommend taking Apap (paracetamol) because its simultaneous use with Flucxacillin increases the risk of metabolic acidosis, especially in patients with impaired renal function, sepsis, malnutrition or alcoholism. I enclose helpful materials: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-mozna-laczyc-leki-ze-soba https://www.gdziepolek.pl/substancje/ibuprofen
