Does Metronidazole used vaginally affect Letrox, Bibloc, Aspargin, Vit. D3 and Biofer folic?

Good morning. I take Letrox 100, Bibloc 2.5 mg, Aspargin, Vitamin D3, Biofer folic on a daily basis. I am after uterine abrasion surgery and I got Metronidazole 500 vaginally 2x1 for 5 days. I am allergic to Augmentin. Does Metronidazole interfere with my medications? Thank you for the information.

Metronidazole used vaginally does not affect the preparations Letrox, Bibloc, Aspargin, Vit. D3 and Biofer folic. After vaginal administration, only approximately 20% of the total metronidazole dose is absorbed. More about whether it is possible to combine drugs with each other, we wrote in the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-mozna-laczyc-leki-ze-soba
