Can I take 1x100mg instead of 2x50mg?

Dosage Sulpiride Teva Can I take 1x100mg instead of 2x50mg? I run out of pills and the doctor takes only after the picnic. In that case, won't it make any difference? And at what time I would have to take the drug, currently these are two capsules broken at 9:00 and 17:00.

This is not advisable without consulting a doctor. Changing the dosage may affect the patient's well-being and the frequency of side effects. In this case, it is better to keep the scheme prescribed by the doctor, i.e. 2 x 50mg. Sulpiride Teva 100mg is in the form of hard capsules that are not subject to division. So I encourage you to make an appointment with a primary care physician who will adjust the prescription for Sulpiride 50mg. If you are unable to get to your primary care doctor, the GdziePoLek.pl service also allows you to obtain a teleconsultation with a doctor: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja Any modifications in therapy, including a change in the dosage of the drug, should be made after consultation with the attending physician acquainted in detail with your state of health: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-jak-i-kiedy-mozna-odstawic-leki I also encourage you to read the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/blog/jak-telefoniczne-otrzymac-recepte-i-zwolnienie-lekarskie
