Headache has been reported with Mirtotru as a very common side effect affecting more than 1 in 10 people taking Mirtazapine. Mirtazapine causes frequent pressure drops, not increases. The result of the pressure measurement 160/100 indicates moderate hypertension, perhaps the headache is its result. Due to the lack of clear data on whether the described symptoms are caused by taking Mirtor or another disease, they should not be ignored and reported to the doctor as soon as possible. I enclose information about the possibility of using teleconsultation if a personal visit with a specialist would be difficult: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja I encourage you to read interesting materials and to report side effects: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/nadcisnienie https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane
