Will changing the time of taking Clatra affect its operation?

Hello, I have acute urticaria the doctor ordered to take one tablet of clatra 20 mg once a day. Currently, for 6 days, he accepts 1 tab at 20 o'clock. My question is whether it has any impact if I change from 20 to 19 o'clock. The second question is, can I take vitamin C and D together with Clatra with this disease?

No, it should not affect if you change the time of taking the medicine from 20 to 19. It is important to be regular and take the medicine at the same time every day. As for vitamins C and D, they should also not affect the effectiveness of Clatra. It is better to spread the use of preparations over time, so as not to overload the liver by simultaneously metabolizing many preparations.
