Should a break be made between the use of St. John's wort and Ashwagandha?

Is it possible to take ashwaganda without taking a month's break after a month and a half of St. John's wort

There is no need to take a break after the end of the use of the preparation with St. John's wort and the start of using the preparation with Ashwagandha.
