Can I be pregnant if this is the first time I have spotted while taking Axia Conti?

Good morning, I had an emergency today. I have been taking Axia Conti for about 3 years, suddenly today while on the toilet I noticed that the mucus is together with the blood, bright red / pink blood. It was also accompanied by a slight cramp, pain in the lower abdomen. This is the second week of the new packaging (I started on 12.04). I don't think I've ever had such a situation before. Could it be pregnancy? Or something else?

To check if you are pregnant, it is best to take a home pregnancy test, which you will buy at the pharmacy. In pharmacies you can buy supersensitive urine tests. They allow you to detect a possible pregnancy just a few days after fertilization. Here you can compare their prices and order the test with home delivery or collection at the pharmacy: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/97388/domowe-laboratorium-pink-test-ciazowy-strumieniowy-super-czuly-test/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/91349/domowe-laboratorium-pink-test-ciazowy-plytkowy-super-czuly-test/apteki You can find more helpful information here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/test-ciazowy-jaki-wybrac-i-kiedy-zrobic If the test gives a negative result, pregnancy can be exclude. One-time spotting/bleeding should not be alarming. However, if the situation is repeated in subsequent cycles, it is worth consulting a doctor. If you need a consultation with a gynecologist, you can use the teleadvice here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja/z-ginekologiem
