What can I additionally use with insomnia preparations for Trittico and Oroes?

Insomnia. If I take oroes 10 mg 2 tablets and trittico cr 150 mg 2 tablets, can I still take any sleep medicine? For some time I saved myself hydroxyzine, but it stopped working on me. I've been sleeping badly for 2 weeks and not sleeping at all for 2 days. What medicine can I take sleeping pills if I take oroes and trittico at the same time?
