Insomnia when using the drug Seronil - what to do?

The doctor recommended Serinol 5 mg, which is half a tablet for 6 days. Then 10 mg, that is, the whole tablet. Unfortunately, the second night is completely sleepless. What about this drug is that it works sideways. This is unacceptable!!
