Are side effects possible after switching from Clexane to Xarelto?
Hello. Until today I have been taking clexanw 100 anticoagulant injections, from tomorrow I am to take Xarelto 20 mg. Are any side effects possible after such a change? Can this drug also cause pain in the calves like with clexane injections?

Xarelto contains a different anticoagulant ingredient than Clexane, so you can expect a change in the body's response. Please note, however, that side effects may or may not occur - it is possible that you will not experience any adverse effects at all.
