The indication for the use of Coffecorn Mite is: "Migraine attacks and headaches of vascular origin, if painkillers are ineffective." So if Migea itself is not effective, only then can Coffecorn Mite be used. Such a chronic combination of both drugs is unlikely to be recommended. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/leki-na-migrene
