If I took my first Aidee tablet on day 5 of my cycle, am I already protected after 10 days of taking the drug?

I took 1 tablet on the 5th day of the cycle - as recommended by the gynecologist. After a week of using Aidee, was I already "protected" to the minute? I had intercourse after taking 10 tablets, do I have reason to worry?

So as before I got an answer, the security was already there and I have practically nothing to worry about:)

To @Natalija: If you take the first tablet on day 5 of the cycle, full contraceptive protection is provided after the first 7 days of taking the tablets.

So they work after such a short time?

To @Natalija: There is no ovulation during the use of birth control pills and thus no fertile days.

Even if at that time after taking 10 tablets I would have planned fertile days?

In such a situation, there is no reason to worry. Although the manufacturer recommends taking the first tablet on the first day of the cycle - if you took the first tablet on the 5th day of the cycle, after 7 days of using the tablets you are already protected.
