I vomited a Vibin Mini tablet after 5 minutes, I took another one at 4 p.m. and I usually take it at 9 p.m. The day before, I had intercourse. Is there a risk of getting pregnant?

Yesterday I had intercourse and vomited a vibin mini tablet after about 5 minutes. I took the next one at 16 and I always take at 21. Is there a high risk of pregnancy?

Contraceptive protection is maintained if the missed pill (and in your case vomiting) is taken within the next 12 hours. If more than 12 hours have passed since the planned admission, the effectiveness of protection against pregnancy may be weakened. If the bypass occurred within 1 week of use, then additional protection should be applied within the next 7 days. If intercourse occurred in the preceding time (up to 7 days earlier), it is possible to become pregnant. In the 2nd week of using the tablets - if only one tablet is missed - there is no need for additional protection, the effectiveness of contraceptive protection is preserved. In the last week of using birth control pills, in order to maintain continuity of protection, you should finish the current package, skip the placebo pills and immediately start the next package or immediately stop using active pills and start taking placebo pills (in this option, the period will occur faster). If the period does not appear during the placebo treatment, a pregnancy test should be performed before starting the next pack.
