I am not sure what you mean by "invalid". If you have a deadline for replacing the spiral set by the gynecologist no later than April 8, then probably the doctor took into account the entire period of effectiveness of the IUD declared by the manufacturer. After this time, you should put on a new spiral or use other methods of preventing pregnancy, e.g. a condom for men.
