When to use birth control pills if I am taking Duphaston?
Hello, I take duphaston to induce menstruation, I also have to start taking birth control pills from the 1st day of the cycle, in that case if I take duphaston 2x a day and the first tablet at 12, and during the day I get menstruation, can I take the contraceptive pill in the evening or is it better to wait until the next day? Will these pills interact in any way?

to @Ala Yes, it will be necessary to select the whole package and wait for a normal, heavy menstruation and only then can you start using birth control pills.
What if today is the 7th day of taking Duphaston, and I noticed brown spotting? Rather, it is not menstruation, because I have very heavy menstruation, and now it is scarce. I exclude pregnancy because a week ago I was at the gynecologist and I had an ultrasound, and since then I have not had intercourse. Apparently, this may be a side effect of the drug duphaston, but what about starting hormonal contraception? Finish Duphaston and wait for heavy menstruation and just start birth control pills?

You may take the contraceptive pill on the same day as Duphaston if you bleed. There is no need to wait until the next day. You will be protected immediately - even if it is a induced menstruation with medicine. It is a completely safe solution.
