Zoladex, opinions and questions

Good morning, I have been suffering from adenomyosis for 12 years, for 9 years I have been taking Zoladex injections, which have been very effective in helping me with my symptoms, chronic daily pain (uterine contractions) and hemorrhagic menstruation and anemia, now after a year and a half break (discontinuation of the drug) the symptoms are coming back, chronic severe pain and hemorrhagic menstruation (regular) have reappeared, could I possibly try Ryego drug, since the Zoladex injections were effective ? Would Ryego have fewer side effects because of the hormone content, I mean hot flashes and bone decalcification, or would these symptoms be less than with Zoladex injections? Does Ryego's drug induce artificial menopause, or does the addition of hormones prevent it? How long can Ryego be used to treat chronic endometriosis( adenomyosis)? Thank you
