I'm 25 years old and have a problem with my👏 knee, generally no synovial fluid and this osteoarthritis. I'm fresh from rehab and 3 collagen injections. I got a prescription for Structum from a physiotherapist. And the orthopedist wrote me a prescription for Piascledine + Kostarox. I forgot to ask if I can take these medications together? E.g. Structum first thing in the morning, and Piascledine and Kostarox at noon?

Good morning, for several weeks I have been struggling with pain under the left shoulder blade, for a few days the pain radiates along the left breast. Where to go first in such a situation? X-ray or maybe to a specific specialist doctor?

I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis and a small heel spur. The orthopedic surgeon prescribed me Biofenac. Will the medication help me overcome this persistent foot pain that makes it difficult to walk?

What can I do so that my legs and lower back don't hurt during walks? I'm 24 years old and because of depression I don't exercise much, I'm also overweight

Is it possible that the knee pain was caused by shoes? I worked for 3 msc walking 12 hours a day on a flat sole, I changed jobs and bought new shoes with a profiled insole, I worked 2msc and my knees hurt to such an extent that it was impossible to bend, walk up the stairs, they were crumbling terribly and I got a lateral patella back, but profiled should help and not worsen?
