A dermatologist on vacation and my skin is crying out to "drink" :( I have tiny subcutaneous lumps on my cheeks and a dozen tiny red spots, on my cheeks and temples - sometimes there is more of it, sometimes less - the skin on the cheeks is dry and pink, sometimes itches - especially one cheek. The dermatologist said that it was boring and perhaps the beginnings of rosacea - he recommended washing your face 2x a day bioderma sensibio ds+, then prodex blue tonic and only for the evening additionally solanthra cream, after a few days of treatment my skin is so dry that it creaks ... Can I use a moisturizer, e.g. in the morning, when I am not using Solantra? And the best serum and cream (because so far I had to moisturize the skin and suddenly I was exposed to washing my face with gel for seborrheic dermatitis, which further dries my cheeks) can it be ordinary creams such as Lierac, or do I need a specific one adapted eg to pink acne? Can you please recommend a specific preparation? And can I do makeup several times a week during my current treatment?
