When anaemizing and taking hormonal contraception, can I drink a herbal mixture containing a rhizome of perz, horsetail, nettle, ground elder, thistle and birch?

Is it possible to drink herbs with this composition with anemia and taking hormonal contraception in the form of patches? Ingredients: Perz proper rhizome – Elymus repens Horsetail herb – Equisetum arvense Warty leaf – Betula pendula Ground elder – Aegopodium podagraria Stinging nettle leaf – Urtica dioica Thistle vegetable herb – Cirsium oleraceum

Yes, you can drink a herbal mixture with the specified composition during the use of contraception. I do not find information that these herbs are contraindicated in people with anemia. I encourage you to read the materials on anemia and drugs that affect the effectiveness of contraception: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/anemia-jak-leczyc-niedokrwistosc https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jakie-leki-oslabiaja-skutecznosc-antykoncepcji
