According to the summary of product characteristics for Evra: 'EVRA starts on the first day of menstruation. Apply one patch and wear it for a week (7 days). The day on which the patch is first applied ("Day1"/"Start Day") is designated the "Change Days". The "Change of Patch Day" must always fall on the same day of the week. In the fourth week, the patch is not applied." To sum up: if you applied the patch on Wednesday, you should change it every Wednesday and after the third week take a break and do not stick a new patch. After 7 days, start a new pack by sticking the first patch out of the box again on Wednesday. Below I leave the leaflet of the drug and an article to read: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/28646/evra-system-transdermalny/ulotka/107008 https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-prawidlowo-stosowac-antykoncepcje
