Lexapro is not a herbal preparation. It is a drug that contains escitalopram - a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor, used to treat depression and anxiety disorders: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/substancje/escitalopram It is not possible to achieve the same therapeutic effect with the use of herbs.
