Can I stop Pramolan if I don't see any improvement after 10 months?

Hi I would like to know about the drug pramolan 50mg. I've been taking twice a day for 10 months now. If I do not see an improvement, whether I can gradually stop taking it, my doctor tells me to continue taking it, claims that it starts to work after a long time of use... I have the impression that from this drug I have frequent headaches and an increased pulse.

After 10 months of using Pramolan, improvement should already be felt. I would recommend consulting another specialist if you have doubts about the recommendations of your current doctor.
