Is Vesicare a better drug than substitutes like Asolfen?

There are no better or worse counterparts. Each drug is tested for effectiveness before it is placed on the market for use by patients. In the same way, Vesicare is not significantly better than other counterparts. Counterparts, i.e. all drugs containing the same active substance - solifenacin, in the same dose, have documented also after studies that they act in the same way on the body. Asolfena is not commercially available in our country.
