To @Pani Krysia:
There are no contraindications to the use of Agastin and Auroverin MR at the same time.
Can I take Agastin and Auroverin at the same time?

Yes, you can. There are no contraindications to the simultaneous use of the preparations listed in the question. It often happens that one preparation is not enough to control intestinal ailments. Then several different drugs are introduced into therapy. The simultaneous use of a diastolic drug (e.g. Auroverin MR), sodium butyrate with a regenerating effect on intestinal villi (e.g. Rebutestin), probiotics (here: Sibosgastim and Enterol) and fiber (here: Mannodis gastro) is a common practice. The actions of these drugs complement each other, allowing for better treatment results. I also encourage you to change your eating habits, preferably under the supervision of a dietitian. MZ also recommends the low FODMAP diet as a diet indicated in intestinal ailments. It consists in temporarily limiting the consumed products by eliminating from the diet those that have a high level of FODMAPs (fermenting oligo- and monosaccharides and polyols): https://pacjent.gov.pl/diety/low-fodmap-dieta-w-jelicie-nadwrazliwym The gdziepolek.pl service also allows you to obtain a teleconsultation with the appropriate specialist: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja/z-dietetykiem
