Should I continue to take Pregabalin if I experience side effects after increasing the dose?

Hello, at the last visit the psychiatrist increased my dose of pregabalin to 600mg (I am being treated for OCD). After the increase, I developed heaviness in maintaining balance and dullness. Will it pass? Or is it better to go to a visit and stop taking the medicine?
