Can I use Magnesium with vitamin b6, evening primrose oil, tryptophan, omega-3 fatty acids with Dulsevia (duloxetine)?

Hello. I accept dulsevia 30. My question is whether I can take omega 3, Vit d, evening primrose oil, Vit b, magnesium and tryptophan? What bothers me the most is whether tryptophan will not interfere with dulsevia? Thank you and best regards

The concomitant use of tryptophan with Dulsevia (duloxetine) is not recommended. Combining these medicines may increase the risk of developing a rare but serious condition called serotonin syndrome, whose symptoms include confusion, hallucinations, seizures, sudden changes in blood pressure, increased heart rate, fever, excessive sweating, chills, blurred vision, muscle cramp or stiffness, as well as nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. The other preparations you mentioned, i.e. OMEGA-3 acids, vitamin D3, evening primrose oil or magnesium with vitamin B6, can be used simultaneously with Dulsevia.
