Is the more abundant withdrawal bleeding that occurred after the first placebo tablet a cause for concern?

I will ask again, because if I had this spotting for two days before the placebo and the first placebo immediately after taking it, I got withdrawal bleeding and I always get this bleeding only after taking 3 placebo tablets and now this bleeding is more abundant than what I always have, what can it mean if I have something?

There is no reason to worry - the abundance and timing of onset of withdrawal bleeding may vary.
