Does Kyleena IUD work on the whole body or only in the uterus? Can it be used for breast changes?
Hi, whether keylen insert has a hormonal effect on the whole body (I mean breasts) the doctor said that yes it has hormones but they affect locally and do not burden the whole body (it's about changes in the breasts)

Yes, levonorgestrel (a hormone released from the therapeutic system) maintains a very high concentration in the uterine wall, while its serum (i.e. systemic) value is low.
