Do not take Ketonal after 2.5 hours from Ibuprom Max. These drugs belong to the same group - NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs), and their combination increases the risk of side effects, such as gastrointestinal bleeding. If Ibuprom max does not bring the expected effect, you can take a drug with paracetamol, e.g. fortified with codeine and caffeine, at 12 o'clock.
