Good morning, Can such vitamins in a larger donor as B12 weaken the effect of Atywia contraceptive pills? I ask because I got information from the doctor while trying to donate blood that I have very low hemoglobin. Low levels of iron and B12. I should supplement. Will the product from the annex be a good and not affecting Atywie choice? Or maybe it is enough and I can take, for example. Falvit for women?

Thank you very much for your answer and recommendation of a specific supplement. Best regards

You can use B vitamins (including B12) and iron at the same time while taking hormonal contraception - it is worth keeping a distance between Atywia and other preparations (e.g. two hours). I suggest you consult your doctor about the test results - if the level is significantly below normal, you may need to implement prescription drugs. I encourage you to read the following materials - you will find there a lot of interesting materials on the treatment of anemia and combining drugs with contraception. Personally, I recommend Solgar Gentle Iron - it is well tolerated by the gastrointestinal tract (all supplements can be ordered through our site - with home delivery or personal collection): https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jakie-leki-oslabiaja-skutecznosc-antykoncepcji https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/anemia-jak-leczyc-niedokrwistosc https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/witamina-b12-czy-trzeba-ja-suplementowac https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/32420/solgar-gentle-iron-diglicynian-zelaza-kapsulki/apteki
