Is Furagina weaker than Nitroxolin Forte or Bactrim?

Is furagin 100mg weaker than nitroxolin forte 250mg or bactrim 960? I have inflammation of the prostate, I have been using furagin for 5 days and do not feel much improvement.

All the listed drugs are different and contain different active substances. Although each of them can be used for urinary tract infections, different microbes can be sensitive to individual drugs.
