If I accidentally chewed the Ibum capsule and some liquid spilled out of it, can something happen to me?

Is it as I dissolved the ibum tablet in the mouth something will happen because as I tried to swallow it by accident I bit it and a little gel from the inside poured me and swallowed with water and the rest of the tablet wywyuciłem

Good morning, I took a bite of an ibuprom tablet yesterday and swallowed it. After swallowing, my stomach started to muddy and I felt nauseous. After 3 hours I got over it and went to bed. Today I got up, ate breakfast and after breakfast my stomach started to hurt. Am I in danger? What should I do?
