Should I wean my child with Ebilfumin if after 5 tablets blood appeared during defecation?

The son of 6l has already taken 5 tablets, there is no fever but he had nausea and from today diarrhoea. Not long ago he came from the bathroom and asked if I had ever had such a thing that there was blood on paper. I didn't see it, but I was scared. I'm waiting for him to go to the bathroom again to check it out because you know how a 6-year-old is.. I don't really know what to do, stop taking the drug?

Gastrointestinal bleeding is one of the possible side effects of Ebilfumin, as is nausea and diarrhea. In children, the above side effects pose an additional risk of dehydration, which is aggravated by the influenza virus infection itself. First of all, you should take care of the correct amount of fluids taken by the child. The decision on the drug should be preceded by a conversation with the doctor, because discontinuation of Ebilfumin too early may result in a recurrence of symptoms. Due to your disturbing side effects, I encourage you to consult a doctor. You can also arrange it online, via GdziePoLek: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja/z-pediatra I also remind you to report side effects.
