I take Kontracept tablets - can withdrawal bleeding not occur at all and should I go to the gynecologist?

Good morning. I take counteracept tablets. From Sunday I have a 7-day break, I always got spotting in the morning on the 4th day, now I don't have it. Is this normal? I did bthcg result

Yes, it may happen that bleeding does not occur. The following is an excerpt from the summary of product characteristics describing this situation: "Occasionally, withdrawal bleeding may not occur during the interval period. If the tablets were used as directed, the likelihood of pregnancy is small." The result of the examination does not indicate the possibility of pregnancy. If the tablets have been used correctly, there is no reason to worry about their effectiveness. If the situation recurs in subsequent cycles (no bleeding or irregular bleeding), it is worth using the advice of a gynecologist.
